TL;DR Cache Warmer will be down for a few hours on the 3th of may 2021. Don't worry, payed subscriptions will be automatically migrated with all their projects, caching strategies and configured schedules.

Why is Cache Warmer upgrading to a new system?

The main reasons why we created a new Cache Warmer app are the following:

• Better user experience for our customers in the new application (ex. New design, a virtual tour, etc.)
• More flexible and scalable technical approach (ex. Solid Drupal 9 base, scalable server infrastructure, etc.)
• A better foundation to introduce new features in the (near) future with Drupal 9

What will happen with my existing account?

All payed subscriptions will be automatically migrated with all their projects, caching strategies and configured schedules. We will reset the monthly amount of requests on each account to make up for the few hours of downtown.

All non paying users will get a mail to invite them into our new system where they can setup their projects for a free 10 day trial.

When will Cache Warmer be upgraded?

On the 3th of may 2021 the Cache Warmer platform will be migrated to our brand new Cache Warmer application. Some downtime, of a few hours will occur, but we will try to keep the time the platform is down as short as possible.
